Christian J. Younger
Mr. Younger received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and his B.A. from University of California at Santa Barbara. Christian is a member of the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Central, and Northern Districts of California. Christian is a member of the Sacramento Bar Association, Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum, and NACBA. Prior to starting Younger & Hennecke, Christian worked for one of the largest bankruptcy firms in the country. He has also worked for firms specializing in Corporate and Securities Law, Civil Litigation, and Family Law. When not working Christian enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Curt F. Hennecke
Mr. Hennecke received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, in Chicago, IL, and his B.A. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Curt is licensed to practice law in both the states of California and Illinois, and, as such, is a member of the State Bar of California and State Bar of Illinois. He is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Central, and Northern Federal District Courts of California. Curt is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). Curt was a featured speaker and author for the National Business Institute’s seminar, “Consumer Bankruptcy: The Basics of Chapter 7 and 13”, in April 2008. Prior to founding Younger & Hennecke, Curt worked for one of the largest bankruptcy firms in the country. He has also worked for firms specializing in business litigation. In his spare time, Curt enjoys spending time with family and cheering on his hometown sports teams.
James D. Pitner
Mr. Pitner received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and his B.A. from University of California at Davis. James is a member of the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. James is a member of the California Bar Association, Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum, and NACBA. Prior to his time with Younger & Hennecke, James worked for the California Environmental Protection Agency. He has also worked for firms specializing in Corporate and Securities Law, Civil Litigation, Tax law and Real Estate/Land Use Law. When not working, James enjoys spending time with family and friends.
